Vaishali Narwaria filed complaint against nallure saree on Jan 9, 2020
I had ordered an cream colored saree from the site of Nallure sarees. Insted a blue colour saree was delivered on *.*.****. The next day i sent an email on the email id raj.joshi****@gmail.com..... i did notreceived any replies.
then i searched for customer care no and found a **********. i called on the no and explained that i have received a wrong product and requested the exchange for the product i ordered. the customer executive told me that i have to again pay for the same...then only the original product will be delivered.
He told me he can initiate the refund via google pay or phone pay.........i told him i dont use these...and since i paid by cod plz refund by the same. he said he will try for exchange..i did not received any email for that also. I called again on *.*.****. the customer executive was very rude and told me to behave and refused to give hos name, he gave me a email id..clothingdailyindia***@gmail...but is it is fake and the ail is getting bounced back.
plz help me in getting my refund or the correct prdouct
