I have ordered a product based on the advertisement shown in ezeekart website where JBL speaker and M* wrist watch combo was offered at Rs.****.
Based on the above offer I have placed my order and received it too. But I didn't not get what was offered at the time of placing the order. I was given some unbranded speaker and watch which is totally different from what I had ordered.
I have attached you what I had ordered and what I have received actually.
I have been trying to call ezeekart customer service number the whole day (for almost a week) to return the product and claim my refund, but not even once they have attended my call.
I have also sent them mail regarding the problem faced by me. But there is no response from them.
