Zepwear pro smart watch - Wrong Product delivered

I had ordered a Beet Q** smart watch from Zepwear.com which i get delivered on **th December****. When i open that box i got a cheap analog watch which was not even working. Then i tried to ask for customer care but i they didn't pick up my call. My refrence id : #ZW_*****. Order id : *******. Tracking id : PKR********** and Order date was ** th December ****. I want my money back. So please help me to comeout from this problem
