Ordered a multicolored kanjeevaram saree on Jyogan.com which costs **** (including shipping charges Rs.***) on **th oct ****, but received a totally different brown colored nylon saree whose quality is so cheap may be of worth ***rs. The website on the home page says ** days return eligible across all products, but there is no option to place return request, nor there is any contact details of the company to call and ask.
Found there are ***s of similar complaints in grahaksuraksha.com also where so many people have been cheated in similar way by this company. Need immediate action on them .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
