I ordered a Casio edifice watch from the website todaycart.co.in. The order has a COD option which I availed. On delivery, I paid cash Rs.**** and took the parcel. To my surprise and disgust, on opening the parcel I found a simple fast track watch inside. I chose to write to the company on the mail id provided by them on their website regarding refund or delivery of the actual product. Notably, there were no phone numbers available. I have already written * emails to them on **th Oct and **th Oct, **** , but unfortunately, there is no response. Kindly help.
