The product ordered through bookmybazaar.in which was advertised in Facebook. The item ordered was Arrow smart watch with ***'rotateble camera but I received a kids watch worth approx *** Rs and memory card.
This was delivered by Xpress bees. There is no sender address traceable. What should I do to proceed further to recover my payment.
