heerva - wrong product delivered

This is the worst site. i ordered green color kurthi, and they delivered a combo set of white and blue.their return policy says that a mail should be sent with the picture of product.they will refund the amount taking back their product. i took the screen shot of their mail of order confirmation of green kurthi and the picture of that dress, sent a mail to them. two times i mailed them. still i have not received any response. there is no number to contact them either. this is clear and evident case of wrong delivery and i need refund for this. i do not want the wrong product.take it back.
