Shoplooh - Wrong product delivered

For delivering the wrong product instead of I ordered with fake website wrong number and address. I have ordered through facebook a combo of * Kurtis of Rs***+shipping=****. But I have received the wrong product (saree). Also the product I received of very low quality. Please help me. I want to return it but I couldn't able to return it because there is no return customer call number, fake address, no online return policy option and no proper website to reach. I want my cashback. Please help me. **** is not less cash for me.
