Kapde mere - Wrong product delivered

As per the below attached file, we have ordered a fancy designer saree via order no. KA*****. But the product i. e the saree delivered to us is so simple and far below the expectation level. We have tried to contact to the admin or the system for return of the product and refund for which online form has been also submitted but no response has been received. I have a humble request to resolve this asap.
