Fashion Garage - wrong product delivered

I ordered a product from the site fashiongarage.in the product received is entirely different from what I ordered.
There is no reply from their customer support team the given phone number on site is continuously unreachable and they do not respond to any of the emails sent. I want to return the product and receive a refund, which on earlier enquiry they said is possible. The product was delivered on * April and I emailed and called their team the same day but there was no response, whereas the website promises to get back within ** hours. The product is non-returnable after * days as per website.
