I ordered premium quality shorts from the site (pack of *), and got a completely different pair of shorts with horrible quality and there is no return option available on the site, and no customer care number. There is no way we could track the order, the courier guy just took the cash, and now there is no way to return the order from anywhere, the courier number is too not working.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
