Eposhclothing.com - Wrong product delivered

I have ordered a grey denim jean in eposhclothing.com and my order no : ******* in the name of Amsa Gopal(my friend), when the delivery happen i was disappointed to see a wrong product was shipped to me...the wrong product is a jogger which is not even worth for the money i paid..... have came through all complaints in customer care but they are sending the same mails saying that they will send the original product within * days...but still i didn't get any update from the respective company, and also since i have paid through cash on delivery they are not ready to refund my amount......Please help me on this and get resolved asap...
