Hi Voxya,
I ordered a Black jacket from paytmmall but I received a Navy jacket instead. I even contacted paytmmall same day after placing order asking if I can return the product if I don't like the fit and if I get wrong product with their customer support. Customer support executive assured me that I can return the product without any hassles. I even have reference no & recording of that call.
Now when I initiated a return request first they told me that return request was rejected after quality check on my doorstep. Note that nobody came to my house for pickup.When I called them, they said that the seller is refusing to accept the product back. I mean what kind of logic is this. The seller can send anything to customer and paytmmall can't do anything about it?
Please let me know if you guys can help out.
