Crazzysell - Wrong product delivered

Please note that I have ordered a mobile phone
(ELEPHONE A* ) model which cost Rs ****/- through your web site i.e from crazzysell .com vide order number XFPIH*V on **.*.**
But it is so strange to see that u have delivered a very cheap and wrong product i.e Alive+ Q*** spark mobile phone of *gb ram/**gb Rom as I have ordered a phone mentioned above it shows that *gb ram and **gb Rom with verious features. I have attached the pictures of booked phone and delivered phone..very fake and cunning way of forgery. Even their contact no is continuously switched off.
