Recently on ** June, I placed an order on Infrill.com for a smartwatch named cisco x jumper *pro with order ID - # ******. I made a payment through paytm no ********** of Rs. ****. But when I received the order I was shocked by watching that they sent a different and cheaper watch with no specifications as described at the time or placing the order. Now there is no option to return it. They send it via Pickrr courier with ID #***********. Kindly help me to make my payment refunded.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
