Dear sir I placed a order * pair of (yepme) shoes on **-**-****. But company delivered low quality and other company (PRO) shoes on **-**-****. I called and mail on whacky.com customer care for refund. But company reply :
We would like to inform you that we follow the marketplace where products come to us in bulk. We can’t guarantee that you would receive the same product as that of the image.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
