Exclusy.in - Wrong product delivered

I ordered a designer gown * which was confirmed as order no ******S by exclusy.in shipped by blue dart courier AWB#***********. But I received saree instead of a gown. I tried contacting the online shopping exclusive.in through Email but all in vain. They are not responding to any complaint.
