I am writing to inform you that I received the wrong product for my order.

I had ordered boAt Earbuds ***, but instead I received TRIGGR APEX S*. This is not the item that I purchased.
I kindly request that you arrange a replacement with the correct product (boAt Earbuds ***) or provide a full refund for my order.
I can also provide photos/videos of the received product and packaging if required for verification.
Please let me know the next steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
