Football monk - Wrong product delivered

I ordered a [Premium Quality] FC Barcelona El Clasico Special Edition Jersey **-**, [Premium Quality] Arsenal Away Kit **-**, [Premium Quality] Chelsea Third Kit ****-** from Football Monk on ** March ****, but upon delivery on ** March ****, I received a completely different product.

This is a clear case of incorrect delivery and negligence in order fulfillment. As a customer, I trusted the platform and made the payment expecting the correct item, but instead received something I did not order and have no use for.

This has caused me inconvenience, frustration, and unnecessary stress, as I now have to spend additional time following up for a resolution. Financially, my money is blocked on a product that is not what I paid for.

Despite raising a complaint (Ticket ID: RFND-********-**), the issue is still pending resolution.

I request an immediate exchange of the incorrect product and delivery of the correct item without further delay. Strict action should be taken to prevent such issues for other customers.
