Lightrings in - Wrong Product Delivered

The company delivered the wrong product, and the support email address on the website is fake or non functional. They don't respond to the messages and have taken down the Instagram page as well. I had ordered two rings, and they gave me the wrong items. It seems that they have messed up a lot of orders, I also saw that they have lied about the material being silver.
