I have ordered for Masoor Dal Red *** gms * packets, but * packet of masoor dal split was delivered. I have also ordered Packaged Moog dal , which was delivered in a leaky packet. I have called on **th Sep to helpdesk and concern has been logged under the reference number **********. They confirmed replacement or refund on same day. After no resolution, I have called *-* times next day, no resolution was done. On the contrary, they have provided misleading information asking to wait for **-** hours. I need product to be picked up and immediate refund.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
