Nykaaman com - Wrong Product Delivered

I ordered for Troveas Premium Intalian Crystal Whiskey Glasses - set of *, on Nykaaman.com.
I received a package from them on ** May and paid the full amount of Rs. ****.
But when I opened the package I found three pieces of some jars.
When I tried to return the item, they claim that shipped the item accurately.
When I tried to speak to their Customer Support they repeat that they have shipped the correct item.
