I have ordered Fila brand shoes from Myntra but they've delivered slippers instead, when I complaint against it to customer care they asked to provide images of wrong product delivered, which I had provided with an unboxing video in a separate email.
They just ate my time by asking ** hours sometimes ** hours in the name of investigation and when I called them again they said everything was ok from their side and they will not refund, so I insisted them to transfer the call to escalation supervisor and reinvestigate the case, but after *-* days they came up with same reply that everything was ok from their side and they will not refund my money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
