I have ordered wings phantom tws earbuds but i was sent fake wrong refurbished earbuds of different brand and different product . I called the customer care number but its just a dummy number which nobody pickup ever . I have mailed them and messaged on WhatsApp but no reply came
Fliptwirls is fraud .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
