I have order * gowns from meesho via Sub Order ID ************_* which was delivered on ** jan ****.To my surprise I received completely different product which was old and stained, when I lodged a complaint they cancel it for the reason that quality issue was there and that they can't refund due to this quality mismatch which come as a shock to me because they only sent me wrong product and now they without even checking cancelling my return request and not picking up my product.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
