I have ordered one of the saree from Avkcart online portal, but they have delivered a wrong product at my residence and also payment was charged by COD. Actual product is totally different from the received product. And the online tracking status is still showing product not delivered. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I have called so many times on their customer care number but there is no response from their end. Resolve it on the most priority as we have a family function. I have suffered so many problems but they are not even replying. I was mentally tortured. I want a refund. I have called them more than *** times but not a single revert.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
