Smarttstoree - Wrong Product Delivered

I ordered the Sunglasses (* in * magnetic polarized sunglasses)with ***rs cash on delivery on **th April. But, I received the Cheapest Quality of Yellow Sunglasses on May *rd.
I'm totally disappointed with their service. I want refund or replacement for this product. I have the Invoice of the product they sent.

I searched about any customer service are there. But, they can't provide in the website.
They told the product has been cancelled on yesterday. But, How they delivered the wrong product to me & also i paided with cash on delivery ₹***.
