airomouse - Wrong product delivered

I ordered their product airomouse on *th April. I saw an add on Instagram of them and proceeded to website for ordering the product. I received it on *th april. On opening the box I found * shampoo bottles instead of mouse. I also took a video of unboxing. I tried to write a review and complain on their website but those section of website were broken. I got an email id in help section and proceeded with emailing them the details with the unboxing video on *th April. Since then I they have not responded to my queries
