Meesho online shooping App - Wrong product delivered

Meesho sent me a wrong/utterly different product, and that was too completely worn out without any tags or whatsoever needed for the return. When I tried to return the product, the Courier partner told me that the product could not be returned for failing a quality check. But that was the exact reason I wanted to return the product; it was not what I had ordered, and even then, the quality was even lower than third class. Now meesho has rejected my returns and tagged me as a bad user.
