We ordered a gown from the company showing its advertisement on Facebook. It goes by the name Ethanic Guru. When the order came, it was a saree instead of a gown. We wrote an e-mail on their mail address. There was no reply. We tried to contact on the number they had provided. The number is mostly switched off or not reachable. When it is on, they do not pick up the call. There are numerous complaints against this page.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
