Boult audio airbass - Wrong product delivered

First I recieved what I have ordered ( Boult airbass y*) but it is defective so I placed replacement and they hav pickedup the product and they gave me back ( Boult audio airbass gearpods) and again request to give me what I have ordered or refund or change the invoice to gearpods because I was purchased extended warranty too so in the invoice they mention y* model . So how do I get this product to the service centre if it get problem. Please help me do kindful thankyou
