Ubuy India - Wrong product delivered

Details are as below:
Reason of Escalation: wrong different product received
Comments: I ordered for BackLit Keyboard but have been given NON-Backlit keyboard ZAGG Folio case, there is no Backlit Key on the keyboard as can be seen from the Product images and the video that I am uploading. I have raised a ticket with Ubuy India for return/refund of the product but I am not getting proper response from them.
