I GALLARY DIVYA OLX - Wrong product delivered

I ordered a iPhone ** mini refurbished from olx under name Divya olx , her number is provided by olx as **********. I ordered in whatsapp and enquired about the mobile, she continously told its genuine and on ** Jan **** I received the package delivered by shadowfax,which is a fake iPhone ** pro max with a COD of Rs.*****/-. I informed the seller then an there but she replied it's delivered by mistake and will replace the same by ** Jan ****. But since then no replacement received and now she is not picking calls and not even seeing whatsapp messages. I need my original product or my money refunded.
