Peter England Elite - Wrong product delivered

Against an order that i had placed on myntra on ** th October I recieved a different product. The product I ordered was Peter England Elite Men Black Solid Slim fit single breasted formal suit and the product that was delivered to me against my order id on * th November was a pair of puma shoes.
Regarding the issue I raised a query on the myntra app on * th November itself and the staff members told that the issue will be resolved at the earliest. But the query was closed down the next day stating that the return/refund would not be possible. I shared the photos of the package and and the shoes also but even after raising new queries for three four times, the query gets resolved with the same message every time. The suit had cost me Rs ****.**. I'm in great trouble now. Please help me resolve the issue as soon as possible.
