Puma Fabrics P Ltd - Wrong product delivered

I have ordered for puma track pant but I don't get the right item and the track pant which I got was not the same and looks used product I have applied for return pick up and the return pickup boy refuse to pick up my item and he said to get approval from the company and on ** of September **** my approval was accepted and on ** September the same return pickup boy came for pickup but now at this time he refused to take it back and making fool to me I said to him that you were wanting approval now myntra has approved then why you are not taking it back but that person doesn't listen to me and went away without picking it.
