Saregama carvaan - Wrong product delivered

Dear members i had ordered saregama carvaan hindi on **/*/**** and it was delivered me on */*/**** but it was not in hindi its carvaan marathi.. i called in tatacliq and even requested them to replace product but they told we cant help you.. you should talk to carvaan saregama and when i am talking to carvaan saregama they are telling to contact tata cliq person in this process *months had already wasted but my product is not getting replace.. so its an humble request to do newdful in this matter.
