Hello,
We are the supplier on Messho.
we have dispatched * parcel on meesho to a customer and it was returned to us because the customer refused to accept the parcel.
when we received the return parcel. the product we received is different from the original product we have dispatched.
we have already mailed to meesho for the issue, but they keep saying as per their policy that we received the parcel because of the unavailability of the customer hence, no claim to be passed.
We have created a video of the package while opening the return items and found out that the shipping label has been cut from the original parcel we have dispatched and meesho pasted it on another fake parcel and returned us in the name of RTO.
we have the video which clearly shows that the shipping label has been cut.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
