Roadster Metronaut - Wrong product delivered

I ordered black roadster sneakers and metronaut jeans(Order ID #******* **************) at the same time on ** nov,****. I was delivered a wrong product i.e. a kurta set from rain and rainbow for ₹****. I talked to the costumer care , they asked me to return it. When i returned it on ** nov, i got the message that item is mismatched and hence cannot be picked up so apparently i am left out with nothing,neither shoes nor jeans and even the kurta set is gone. they are responsible for returning for the product that doesn't fulfill the return requirements. i have called for help multiple times but still nothing happens. i want my refund.
