Ajio by Reliance trends - Wrong product delivered without tag

I have placed an order on Ajio on **th sept **** and received wrong product on **th sept without a tag and wrong size ( ordered XXL received M) so I request a return but as the product was without tag so I don’t know how to return the product so I raised a complain regarding it but from the day till **th sep the website guys just telling to wait and till now the issue is not solved.
There is no update I have shared the image of the product, box receipt ,etc. the website says “Request return on hold “ if i tap on it it says “pick up pending verification “ I also emailed ajio but still no reply from them.
