Wristitude in - Wrong product delivered with respect to what was displayed online

The complainant purchased a wristwatch named Swarovski Lake Shimmer on **th May ****. The product was received via Delhivery Surface ref. no. ************** on **nd May ****. It was a COD purchase. Rs. ****/- was given cash to the delivery person.
The product that was received was a completely different, actually very inferior quality product.
The complainant tried to contact the Company (wristitude), but their contact phone number was showing as "The dialed number does not exist, please check the number you have dialed." The complainant also sent several mail to the mail ID (support@wristitude.in), but the mails got bounced.

The complainant requests for a refund of her money as well as strong action against such fraudulent organisation.
