Meeshoo - Wrong product delivered unable to return

My order ID ********* was delivered on **th February ****. But as per the app status, order was not delivered yet. However I received the physical item which is a wrong product. Meeshow is keepon extending delivery date.
I already paid the money for the product which I received and I would like to return it and get the refund. But the option to return is not enabled in the app.
After speaking with your customer care, it is understood from them that the wrong product was delivered by a fraud seller and meeshow promised to refund in full. However, it's surprising that why original order is not delivered yet. It's something suspecios and without meeshow sharing the delivery details, no one send wrong product.
I have attached all relavent documents. You are requested to REFUND in full IMMEDIATELY.
