I ordered Tizum HD webcam from vlebazaar.in on * Dec ****. On ** Dec **** I received a substandard Quantum branded webcam. I contacted vlebazaar helpdesk twice but got the same reply that they have initiated return process and will pickup the wrong item in * to * days. It has been * days but there is no return and refund process being initiated.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
