Zomato Bowls - Wrong product delivered refund denied

I had ordered Kadhi Pakoda Bowl from NH* restaurant. I received non veg biriyani. The customer care agent offeered me a coupon refund which when applied on any order resulted in just **rs of compensation instead of *** as the coupon code couldnt be paired with normal codes. After asking for refund in my bank account, they refused the same and said it is not possible anymore.
