Subject: Complaint against Electronics HUB regarding delivery of wrong product (Order #******)
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a grievous issue I have faced with Electronics HUB, an online retailer. On [date], I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy Watch * (**mm, Silver, BT+LTE) with order ID ******. However, when I received the package, I was shocked to find a hair straightener instead of the ordered product.
Despite paying Rs. ***.** for the watch, I received a completely different product. I request you to take immediate action against Electronics HUB for this unfair trade practice and deficiency in service.
I request a replacement of the ordered product or a full refund of the amount paid. I also request compensation for the mental agony and harassment caused due to this incident.
