Queen Get.com - Wrong product delivered no response from the company for refund

I saw this queenget.com in Facebook and order a kurti worth *** and poison *** in total for cash on delivery charges and shipping etc, but i received a cheap Saree which is not at all worth of what i paid. To return the product as per their refund policy i mailed ţhem asking to refund my amount or the product i ordered. The mail was not delivered almost ** times, since the mail id has some technical issues as per gmail.i have tried contacting through phone mobile number provided in the website. But it says the Airtel customer you have called has debarred the calls. I'm helpless now. Kindly see that they get punished if it's fraud and return my amount.
