Ampytech In - Wrong Product Delivered No Response from Seller

I am writing to inform you that I had ordered an E-Ink Writing Pad from your store. However, instead of the ordered product, I have received a headphone, which is incorrect.
I request you to kindly arrange for the return of the wrong item and either:
- provide the correct product (E-Ink Writing Pad), or
- process a full refund at the earliest.
