Faritha Com - Wrong product delivered issue for order

I got the product but that was of diff dimension it was not what was mention on website for my order item.
On website we have below -
* Nos TV Speaker.
Dimension : ** mm x ** mm x ** mm
* Ohms ** Watts
But actuals we have below -
Dimension : ** mm x ** mm x ** mm (L x B x H)
And asking for help that is their replies -

We have clearly said that dimension are same only .that's not possible replace or refund . electronic item has not returnable and replicable
More over to that they blame I am sending them wrong photo of dimension by using older or some other speaker. These people are fraud and just want to steal the money only. No support and no discussion just a blame to customer and not refund, replacement etc.
