On ** July ****, I placed a Cash on Delivery order on vapeorder.in for an ELFBAR MoonNight **K (Double Mango) vape worth ₹*,*** (Order No. VP*****). The order was delivered today, and I paid ₹*,*** to the courier at the time of delivery.

After opening the parcel, I found that it did not contain the product I ordered. Instead, the package contained two detan cream tubes, which are completely unrelated to my purchase.

I believe I have been deceived by the seller, as I paid for one product but received an entirely different and much lower-value item. I have preserved the parcel, shipping label, order confirmation, and photographs of the incorrect items as evidence.
