DNMX T shirt - Wrong product delivered but return refused to customer

I am Order for DNMX cotton Hooded T-shirt by ajio.com . But delivered wrong product. Now I am return to the wrong product but delevery boy and Her upper officers refused to accept my wrong delivered product. Why not return for this wrong product.
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
