www.accounts-2-go.co.uk - Wrong product delivered but refused to take it back and refused to refund full purchase amount

I purchased a pair of pants from www.accounts-*-go.co.uk but they sent me a jacket instead. I told them they made a mistake, and they admitted that they made a mistake but simply refused to take it back while I offered over and over again to return it. They also only agree to refund **% of purchase amount, which does not make any sense.
